Capital development Authority collaborated with Coca-cola Pakistan and National Incubation Center NIC to develop a world-class project of restoration of wastage. This project aims to establish the concept of re-carpeting national highways with plastic garbage on a local level. Momentarily, the concept will be applied in Islamabad on a 1-kilometer route.

They signed the MOU for collaboration in a ceremony in the NIC office in Islamabad. Rana Shakeel Asghar, member of Finance and Environment CDA, on behalf of civic agency, signed the MOU. Asghar uttered his words of believing in a clean and green Pakistan and also showed his belief in working together to achieve large-scale results.

After signing, environmental specialists and government officials discussed and disputed the proposal in a panel discussion.
